A Simple Refresh includes the following items:

*Clean Light Switches
*Vacuum Carpeting
*Sweep & Mop floors

Bathrooms:
*Clean & Disinfect Toilets, Tubs & *Showers
*Clean Sinks & Counters
*Clean Mirrors & Polish Chrome
*Sweep & Mop Floors
    
Kitchen:
*Clean & Sanitize Sinks
*Polish Chrome
*Wipe Down Counter tops & Cabinets
*Clean Appliance Exteriors
*Clean Dishwasher (if empty)
*Clean Inside Microwave
*Sweep & Mop Floors

RATES START AT $80 (varies based on number of bedrooms and property size)

TOTAL REFRESH

A Total Refresh includes all of the items listed in the Simple Refresh Plus:

*Deep Clean Oven & Stove (in/out)
*Deep Clean Refrigerator (in/out)
*Clean All Cabinets & Pantry (in/out)
*Dust Ceiling Fans
*Dust Mini Blinds
*Dust Baseboards
*Clean Glass Patio Door
*Sweep Entry to your home

RATES START AT $120.00

(varies based on number of bedrooms and size of property)

REFRESHING EXTRAS

In addition to our cleaning service packages, you can also choose the following services to go along with your house cleaning.

*Green Clean (non-toxic cleaning process) - request quote
*Window Cleaning (inside only) - start at $5 per window
*Garage Sweepout - start at $30
*Patio/Porch Cobweb Removal - start at $25

*Refrigerator Interior - start at $40 

*Oven Interior - start at $40 

*Baseboards Cleaning - start at $40

*Cabinets (inside) - start at $30 (Depending on size and number)

*Dusting Mini Blinds - starts at $5 per window & up (Depending on size) 

*Trash outs are $10 per bag (bagging & disposal included)

PLEASE NOTE

The following services are not included in our Move out / Move in Cleaning service. These services will not be performed during our cleaning procedures:

  • cleaning of exterior windows

  • steam cleaning and thorough washing/shampooing of the carpets

  • rust and mold removal

  • industrial cleaning 

  • cleaning of some unreachable surfaces, places, areas (for example, ceiling fans that are too high)

  • lifting and moving of heavy items
